I couldn't have picked a better hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and right off from the elevator, making it so convenient. The friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable, but I wish the rooms were a bit more spacious. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of practically everything, making it ideal for exploring the city. The dining options were varied and delicious, adding to the overall excellent experience.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a nice king-sized bed but unfortunately placed too close together in terms of layout at both the reception and breakfast room. The service was very attentive, especially with Javier being exceptionally upbeat. Its excellent location provided easy walking access to various attractions and good restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the dining experience was less than ideal due to limited and artificial food selections.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Being within walking distance to excellent shopping, restaurants, the lakefront, and museums was a huge plus. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our trip successful, despite the brutally cold weather. The location was superb, right downtown in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The dining options were good, with a variety of breakfast items available. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic Chicago experience.
